upcoming workshops

I teach workshops at The Cheshire Union as well as elsewhere around the Finger Lakes region. Take a look at what's coming up below.

To get the most out of drawing instruction, we will meet once a week for 4 weeks.

Class dates are as follows: October 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. Time each week is 6-7:30pm.

For this class, all you will need is a pencil and a piece of paper.

A recommended supply list will be provided upon sign up. You can bring what you have and/or borrow from materials available during class.

Each week we will practice skills of patience, careful observation and hand-eye coordination through the art of simple drawing. Learn how to interpret your environment like a visual artist would. We will touch on topics such as linear perspective, value, use of materials, elements of design and creating the illusion of depth on a 2 dimensional surface.
